Brooks Adrenaline GTS 11
The Adrenaline family from Brooks finally releases their 11th iteration in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 11. It builds upon the very much loved Adrenaline GTS 10 (Deals at Amazon)and does it well. While many new versions of motion control running shoes are evolutionary this one really is revolutionary.
The snug fit that the 10th iteration has, will be blown away by Brooks introduction of the DNA cushioning system. This is designed so that the heel and forefoot will adjust to each and every stride you make. This is as custom fit as it can be. And users rave about how well it works.
The progressive diagonal roll bar will support your foot in while it’s pronating. It is designed to be able to handle all but the heaviest runners and most extreme overpronators.
The lacing system also hooks up to stronger materials on the shoe that are stretchable and provide a pleasing and supportive fit. Compared to the GTS 10 the GTS 11 should feel more cushioned with more stability.
This shoe retails for $100 USD. This shoe could be worth $20 to $30 dollars more considering the features it offers.
The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 11 should suit all but the heaviest overpronators. Its new blend of cushioning and support is quite balance. Brooks definitely gave people who require moderate pronation control a high end shoe at a very attractive price point.
This shoe should suit mild to strong overpronators demanding a supportive but comfortably cushioned ride.

I have been running in Brooks Adrenaline 11 since January I have ran I brooks adrenaline for a number of years now. Since starting to wear the new model I have developed a sore left foot at the top slight bruising now which has developed into the arch and now into my ankle ligament which has sidelined me. The new shoe is far lighter and I think brooks have compromised on support and stability tomake the shoe lighter.
