Mizuno Wave Alchemy 10 Women’s

Retaining the overall crisscross look of the past version except for the slightly faded colors, the Mizuno Wave Alchemy 10 Women’s is an improved shoe of Alchemy 9. Which placed itself solidly in the motion control shoe crowd with its well-received smooth ride.

The improved ventilation system of this new version is extended to quite a bit to the midsole. This along with the well-known smooth ride and great stability gives this shoe a triple threat entry versus its motion control competitors.

While comfort and coolness give the active feet its due treat, Dynamotion Fit has relieving powers over the stress and has the distortion-eliminating capabilities. Again like most shoe technologies it works well in the real world.

The older Alchemy 9 used to emphasize its gender-sensitivity this new version brings to a higher level. More and more shoes are engineered to be gender specific. And the Mizuno Wave Alchemy 10 Women’s offers custom tailored flex lines specifically for women and a proportionally narrower size.

To accommodate for the difference in size in women this shoe also is made to be more flexible and more cushiony.

Too distinct to be left behind is its ace feature, the SmoothRide. The system does wonders in minimizing the rapid acceleration and deceleration of the foot on transitions leaving a stabilized feeling. Like all Mizuno’s this gives the runner a very identifiable smoothness from heel impact to toe off.

Mizuno Women’s Wave Alchemy 10 is well priced at 109 USD in most stores. We saw it here at a slight discount.

This is one of the best updates done in a while for Mizuno. The Alchemy 10 for Women wins awards for the technology it has and its effectivity in the real world. Combined with a price that is considered mid-range nowadays it’s presents itself as a top shoe for women needing trainers with smooth rides and control for overpronation.
