The system does wonders in minimizing the rapid acceleration and deceleration of the foot on transitions leaving a stabilized feeling. Like all Mizuno’s this gives the runner a very identifiable smoothness from heel impact to toe off.

This is one of the best updates done in a while for Mizuno. The Alchemy 10 for Women wins awards for the technology it has and its effectivity in the real world. Combined with a price that is considered mid-range nowadays it’s presents itself as a top shoe for women needing trainers with smooth rides and control for overpronation.
